Im thinking of throwing a 24v 500w motor in my Imod. Would the two 24v batteries hold up? or would I need to convert the whole scooter to 36v? I dont care too much about distance because im riding this scooter only about a mile per day. Any help is appreciated.

id keep the stock motor , get 3 new batteries, a 36 v controller and charger, and u will get in the 20mph range and have atleast 2 mile range even with small batteries.no need for bigger motor
